Amulet Pretty Cure Episode 5

It was nighttime, and Frances was in her bed staring at the ceiling. She couldn’t sleep after finding out Iris was Cure Electric, but after the whole incident something else happened that grabbed the Pretty Cure in shock.

Flashback:

“So that means your part of the team now!” Cure Fairy beamed.

Iris looked at the cures and turned away. “Sorry, but I don’t want to join.”

“WHAT?!” Everyone yelled in shock.

“Y-Your not going to help us?” Cure Grass asked.

“But you’re a Pretty Cure! You’re supposed to help us!” Scott yelled. Iris didn’t respond she just looked at the cures and walked home. Cure Fairy stood there looking down feeling sad.

End Flashback:

Frances sighed and faced the wall. She wanted to know why Iris didn’t want to join them. She was good for her first try being a cure. Scott was still up feeling bad for Frances after what happened today. He hoped to talk to Iris tomorrow and find out why she doesn’t want to join.

“So all four cures are together?” King Alec asked.

“That’s right.” Clyde replied. He was talking to his leader through his mirror. “Though it seems that one of them, doesn’t want to be part of the team.”

King Alec wasn’t looking at his minion, but he was looking for something to help him. King Alec looked around, and smiled when he found what he was looking for. It was a purple collar with a black diamond as a tag. “Wear this.” King Alec said. The collar went through the mirror and latched on Clyde’s neck almost choking him.

Cure Electric! Does not want to be a Pretty Cure?!

School just ended for the day, and Frances tried to get through the students to get to her friend.

“Iris!” Frances yelled running towards her friend. Iris turned around and saw Frances coming towards her. The later finally caught her breath. “Finally. I caught up to you.” Frances was about to ask Iris a question, but got cut off.

“So! Why?!” Scott yelled coming out of Frances’s bag. Frances pushed him back inside, hoping no one saw him. Scott popped back out. “Why won’t you be part of the Pretty Cure!”

“Scott. Shush! Someone will hear you.” Frances hushed.

“If you want me to answer.” Iris replied. Frances and Scott looked up at her. “I just think I’m too powerful for the team.”

“Too powerful?” Frances asked. Iris nodded. “What do you mean by that?”

“Well I’m just too good for the team. I mean if you want me to help. I’ll help. I just won’t be on the team and I’ll help when needed.” Iris explained. “Anyways I have practice so I’ll see you guys later. See ya!” Iris then ran off.

“Wait!” Frances yelled, running after her.

Ashley watched the whole thing for the distance. Lilly came by and saw her friend, walking up to her. “Hey Ashley.” Lilly waved, walking over to her friend. “Whatcha doing?” She asked.

“Just checking up on Iris and Frances.” Ashley replied.

“How is everything with the whole Pretty Cure crisis?” Ashley shook her head in reply. “Oh.” Lilly sighed. Lilly and Ashley decided to walk home together.

“Why do you think Iris doesn’t want to join. I think she was cool, she’s everything.” Lilly explained, smiling as she talked about Iris. Lilly looked next to her and saw Ashley wasn’t responding to her. “Ashley? You okay?”

Ashley turned and gave a small smile to Lilly. “Yeah I’m fine, just thinking.” She said.

Back at home, Frances was doing some homework, while Scott looked out the window. Frances turned to face Scott, feeling worried for him since they got home. “Hey Scott you okay?”

Scott didn’t respond, instead he opened the window and jumped out. “Scott! Wait! Where are you going?” Frances yelled. Scott didn’t respond except run off ignoring France’s calls. The pink cure closed the window and ran to her phone to call Ashley.

“Ashley! It’s Frances! Scott just ran out of the house! I think over the whole Iris thing, but I don’t know why!?” Frances yelled frantically.

“Frances!” Ashley yelled. “Calm down.” Frances sighed, taking a few deep breaths. “You calm?” Frances nodded. “Okay, I have a plan.” Ashley explained to Frances her plan.

(Eyecatch 1: A small Deco Sprite passes by Ashley who is listening to music. Ashley sees it and chases after it. Lilly was drawing, and sees Ashley and the Deco Sprite and decides to follow after them. Finally, Iris was kicking a soccer ball, sees the two girls chasing after the Deco Sprite and follows after it. The Deco Sprite goes into Frances’s Cure Bracelet, and all the girls come together and smile as the Amulet Pretty Cure logo appears.)

(Eyecatch 2: Frances shakes her Cure Bracelet and a baking Deco Sprite comes out. The Deco Sprite goes to Scott, who looks hungry and a chocolate cake magically appears. Scott smiles and eats the whole thing in one gulp. The girls look in surprise, and laugh as the logo appears.)

Scott was walking through the park and saw Iris at soccer practice, taking a break in the bleachers. He could of went in and talked to her, but there we’re too many players out on the field. Looking down he walked away. What he didn’t know was Iris saw him, but she didn’t have time to feel bad, instead she was called up to play again.

“Scott! Scott!” Ashley whispered. Scott’s ears picked up and saw Ashley hiding. “Come with me. I need to talk to you.”

The fairy followed Ashley and took him near an elementary school. Scott then saw Frances and Lilly there as well.

“Ashley why did you bring me here?” Scott asked.

“I think we should talk to you, about Iris.” Ashley started.

“So you know her problem then!” Scott growled. Frances grabbed the young fox and held him.

“Scott. Take it easy.” Frances said hoping to calm the fairy down.

Ashley sighed. She had to tell the story now before things got worse. “Scott. You see when me and Frances we’re younger, Iris was the one to protect us.”

Flashback:

“Give it back! Please!” A young Frances cried. Some kids held a plush as a young Frances tried to reach it.

“Sorry. Its ours now!” One boy yelled, kicking Frances down making her cry. The kids roared in laughter

“She said give it back.” The kids looked up to see Iris glaring at the kids.

“Oh yeah! What are you going to do about it Iris?!” A girl asked. Though she should of kept quiet, as Iris smirked walking up to the kids, her hands in her fist.

End of Flashback

“She beat up half the classroom?!” Scott yelled.

Frances chuckled. “Well just one student, but she scared everyone else.” She added.

“Every time me and Frances got into some sort of trouble, Iris would come to the rescue.”

Scott looked down, but it still didn’t answer his question. “Okay, but what does this have to do with her not being a Pretty Cure? I mean if she’s that strong, she’s the perfect fit!”

“I guess I can answer that one.” Frances said. Scott looked up at the pink cure. “I guess, with us being Pretty Cure, she thinks we can handle beating Nymphlums and gathering the Deco Sprites ourselves.”

Scott now realized, Iris didn’t want to be a Pretty Cure because she thinks Frances and the others could handle it. It still didn’t make sense, since all four need to work together no matter what.

Then something snapped Scott out of his thoughts. Scott’s ears picked up hearing something from the distance. “I hear a Nymphlum in the distance.” The fox fairy looked at the three cures. “Frances, Lilly, Ashley! You three transform and head towards the direction the crash was heard. In the meantime I’m going to look for Iris.” Before any of the girl’s can object Scott ran off to look for Iris.

“Scott! Wait!” Ashley called.

“Girls! We can’t be standing here, we have to go!” Lilly yelled.

“But.” The crash was heard again along with a few screams in the distance.

“If we keep standing here, the town will be destroyed!” Frances yelled.

Ashley sighed and faced her friends, ready to transform.

The fluttering wings of a dream, Cure Fairy!

The splashing wings of beauty, Cure Water!

The wings of blooming sweetness, Cure Grass!

At the city everyone was running away from a cake Nymphlum who was rampaging through the city. The cures ran by and saw Clyde riding on top of it. The cures jumped giving the monster a kick, making the monster loose its balance. Clyde was able to jump off before he could get injured.

“Nymphlum! That’s the Pretty Cure, attack!” Clyde commanded.

“Nymphlum!” The monster growled. The monster started to attack the cures and the cures attacked back. While they we’re fighting Cure Fairy spotted something on Clyde’s neck.

“That necklace.” Cure Fairy whispered. If she can take it from Clyde, maybe it will stop the Nymphlum’s rampage, but the later came and attacked her.

Meanwhile, Iris was walking home and started hear someone calling her name.

“Iris!” Scott yelled. The girl looked up and saw Scott running towards her and jumping into her arms.

“Scott what are you doing here?” Iris asked.

Scott jumped out of her arms and faced her. “Frances and Ashley told me everything! And I found out why you don’t want to be a cure,” Iris gasped, “You feel like they’ll handle it themselves, don’t you?”

Iris looked down with a small smile. “Yes. I’ve helped them, and with their power I feel like they don’t need me as much.”

“Frances still needs you. The Pretty Cure still needs you.” Scott said. Iris looks at her Cure Bracelet as a reflection of herself as Cure Electric glistened in her eyes. “So what are you waiting for?”

Iris smiled and ran off to where Cure Fairy and the rest of the group we’re. She saw the cures injured, Frances struggled to get up. “Stop!” Iris yelled. Everyone turned around and faced Iris.

“Iris!” Cure Fairy beamed. Cure Grass and Cure Water looked at Iris and back at each other with a smile.

“Sorry for leaving you three behind.” Iris said showing her bracelet ready to transform.

“Wait! So she’s.” Clyde gasped.

Iris touched the screen to her Cure Bracelet

“Pretty Cure!” Iris’s hair tie came off and turned bright yellow.

“Unlock!”

Electricity came out from the bracelet and into the air. Iris put her hands up as the electricity gave her armbands, outfit, and skirt. The electricity traveled to her legs gaining her boots. Iris’s hair got longer and went back into a ponytail tied with a electric hairclip. Iris opened her eyes to show they’ve turned orange. Iris tapped her Cure Bracelet one more time and a orange ribbon appeared on it. Iris finally flew down and landed.

The wings of shocking courage, Cure Electric!

Scott’s eyes glimmered. “All of them. Their here. The Pretty Cure are all together.” Side by side the cures we’re standing tall and proud.

Cure Electric jumped in the air and used every punch and kick to do damage on the Nymphlum. The monster tried to get her, but with her newfound power she was fast.

“She’s fast!” Cure Fairy exclaimed.

After dealing some damage on the monster, her Cure Bracelet started to glow.

“Cure Electric now!” Scott shouted. Cure Electric nodded and started her attack.

Cure Electric tapped her Cure Bracelet and a few lightning bolts appeared.

Pretty Cure! Electric Shoot!

The bolts of electrify came towards the Nymphlum healing back into a cake Deco Sprite.

The Pretty Cure cheered and went to Cure Electric giving her a hug. “Cure Electric you did it!” Cure Grass cheered.

Cure Electric smiled and saw the cake Deco Sprite smiling at her. The yellow cure smiled and showed her Cure Bracelet letting the small creature go inside. The cures looked at one another and shared a laugh.

Back with Clyde, he growled at the cures and went to talk to his boss. “You don’t have to tell me everything, Clyde. I know.” King Alex growled.

“So what do we do now?” Clyde asked his boss.

“Don’t worry Clyde.” King Alec chuckled “I have a partner for you that will be needed.” King Alec turned away and faced a figure that was standing in the corner. “You better be good help. Don’t fail me.”

The figure smirked. “Don’t worry. I will.” He whispered.
